Even if I believe that I can't be compared with anyone, those who do not know me so much might presume who I am by looking at only a little information given.  Those might think that this is the only way I would go.  Although that is a shallow way of thinking, sometimes this is the reality, because many would not take time to rethink and analyze who I really am and what my philosophy of designing is.  I totally understand why they do that though..  They do that because they simply don't have time.  Moreover, a lot of those people are important to me, and I don't want to disappoint them including you.  So, please do not categorize me by looking at just one thing I do.  I cannot be categorized, because none of the categories out there has the right determination of me.  Therefore, I must talk, show, and express myself in the right manner, on the right stage.  This is a preparatory fashion show for me until the right moment comes by...though everything I do is preparation.

Something hot and something cheesy are one step away. Something cool and something trashy are also one step away. Sometimes I prefer having my outfits around cheesiness than those who don't even take chances to be in the one-step-away games.  Yes, it is better, but what's best is to surround myself with those who have the similar philosophies and qualities with me, and I'm on my way to get there.
While I'm on the road, I keep making right and left, so I could take the best of every world.

Sincerely,
Nana N Yoshida

Santana's Town 3rd Annual Fashion Show

YNC by NNY opened up the show held by Ms.D, Juelz Santana's mother, on June 17, 2006 with select 11 different looks all designed and made by NNY in the period between 2002 and 2005.

The theme of this show is simply "Show Girls." But to celebrate the PRIDE, I have subliminally applied the rainbow colors in some items, and enhanced the importance of them for the month of June.
